Description of the application
The linear guides support the vehicle basket when it is moved horizontally into the parking boxes.

burden
The linear guides bear the weight of a car (max. 2,000 kg). The sliding speed is approx. 60 m / min.

Problem
The sockets used so far made squeaking noises. These must be avoided at all costs. The counter rotating partners made of steel corrode in use.

Troubleshooting
ZX-530 bushings with cross grooves are used in the application to remove rust particles.

lifespan
After 8,000 load changes during operation, wear of 1.5 mm was determined. This is in the permissible range.

advantages
Maintenance-free due to dry running, good wear properties. Most of the counterpart’s rust is transported out of the bearing by dirt grooves. Small residues are embedded in the plastic sliding surface. No squeaking noises.
